About me

Systems mind.
Owner’s instinct.
People first.

01 / The throughline

I grew up around builders. In my family’s business in India, a plan mattered—but taking responsibility for the outcome mattered more.

Engineering taught me to see systems. Running a business taught me that systems are only as strong as the people inside them. Babson gave that instinct a language. Then a summer internship at VaynerMedia became a decade-long education in attention, storytelling, and leadership.

Today, as an Executive Vice President at VaynerMedia leading Team GaryVee, I work at the intersection of brand, content, culture, and team design. The throughline is simple: make the ambition clear, earn trust, and give good people room to surprise you.

Operating principles

01

Trust before control.

Ownership grows when people have context, room, and a real stake in the outcome.

02

Curiosity compounds.

The person still asking questions will eventually outlearn the person protecting an answer.

03

Separate work from worth.

High standards and human care are not opposites. The best cultures insist on both.

04

Play the long game.

Patience is not passivity. It is the confidence to build what hype cannot sustain.

The titles are useful.
The people are the point.

I’m a husband, girl dad, son, friend, football obsessive, and someone who is happiest around a table where the conversation runs longer than planned.
